Right dorsal blastomere of a normal embryo contributes to the right side area of the dorsal structure (right column) including the anterior endomesoderm. Progeny of the dorsal blastomere in the regulated embryo constitutes the dorsal structure of both sides, which includes the entire anterior endomesoderm, indicating cell-autonomy of the anterior endomesoderm.
