Abstract

The steam-distilled essential oil of Solidago virgaurea L. was investigated by GC, GC–MS and NMr spectroscopy. Sixty components were identified. The main constituents are α-pinene, myrcene, β-pinene, limonene, sabinene and germacrene-D. Copyright © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
