Abstract

Protein interactions are a key element of cellular processes, from regulation to metabolic processes and structural properties. The biological importance of protein interactions and the advent of technologies producing protein interaction data on a large scale have led to the creation of a significant number of protein interaction databases, with a broad spectrum of contents and features.
