Abstract

This unit provides essential knowledge for correctly using any flow cytometer to ensure that data collected are accurate and reliable. Two levels of system alignment are described: routine alignment checks and complete alignment, both of which can be applied to a variety of instrument configurations. Curr. Protoc.
