Summary

In this chapter, we concentrate on linear sync parameter estimation for the selective fading case, i.e., frequency-selective fading channel estimation. Again, many of the sync algorithms presented here draw from the ideas and results of Chapter 12, with emphasis on reduced-complexity yet close-to-optimal synchronizer structures and algorithms.
