Summary
Excel, MATLAB, and Aspen Plus are demonstrated to solve for the vapor-liquid equilibrium of a mixture. The equations are developed in general, and then the computer programs are used to solve sample problems. Thermodynamic models include Redlich-Kwong-Soave, Wilson equation.
