This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

To evaluate the effectiveness of oral cyclosporin-A for maintenance of remission in patients with inactive Crohn's disease in the presence and absence of concomitant steroid therapy.

A secondary objective is to evaluate the toxicity of cyclosporin-A in patients with Crohn's disease.
