This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

This systematic review aims to provide the most comprehensive and reliable summary of the effect of adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of women with endometrial cancer.
The specific aims are:

  • To assess the efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy
  • To assess which regimen is most effective
  • To investigate whether any pre-defined patient subgroup benefits more from adjuvant chemotherapy
  • To study the side effects of adjuvant chemotherapy in these patients and any effects on quality of life
