Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

To review the evidence from randomised controlled trials for the efficacy and safety of starting long-term treatment with MAO-B inhibitors compared to other dopaminergic agents in patients with early Parkinson's disease.
