This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

The primary aim is to determine the effectiveness, safety and cost-utility of dynamic exercise therapy (land-based and water-based) to improve joint mobility, muscle strength, aerobic capacity and daily functioning in patients with RA.
