Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

1. Primary care providers
To determine the efficacy of C-L (compared to standard care/other health service delivery models) on primary health care provider behaviour relating to the care of mental health consumers.

2. Mental health consumers
To determine the efficacy of C-L (compared to standard care/other health service delivery models) on outcomes for mental health consumers.
