This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

The primary objectives are to assess the effect of UDCA on the incidence or recurrence of sporadic CRAs and on the incidence of CRC compared to placebo. Secondary objectives are to identify the incidence of adverse effects resulted from the intervention.
