This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

To assess the effectiveness of leukotriene receptor antagonist therapy in the treatment of rhinosinusitis, with the subgroup of allergic rhinitis expected to account for the bulk of, if not all, studies.
