This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:
The primary aim is to determine which interventions for the stroke-affected shoulder effectively maintain soft-tissue length of the internal rotators. The secondary aim is to determine whether these interventions were effective in reducing pain and promoting recovery and function.
