  2. Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

1. To determine whether the application of FG following breast cancer surgery reduces the incidence of seroma formation
2. To determine the effect of FG on the total drain volume, average volume of seroma aspirate, frequency of wound infection or complications and the length of hospital stay.
