Single dose antibiotics for treating urinary tract infection in children

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

This review will aim to look at the benefits and harms of single dose antibiotics compared with short- (≤ 3 days) and long- (7 to 14 days) term antibiotic therapy for symptomatic UTIs in children. These results shall be further analysed in children with anatomically normal urinary tracts and children with urogenital abnormalities.
