This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

To compare the effects of chemotherapy alone (or followed by RT) versus surgery with or without adjuvant chemotherapy or RT, or both in a population of localised primary diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the stomach. The specific objectives are to compare the effects of:

  • chemotherapy versus surgery,
  • chemotherapy versus surgery plus chemotherapy,
  • chemotherapy versus surgery plus chemotherapy plus RT, and
  • chemotherapy plus RT versus surgery plus chemotherapy.
