This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

To assess the effects of endovascular stent graft versus conventional open surgery for the treatment of popliteal artery aneurysms (PAA), on primary and assisted patency rates, hospital stay, length of procedure and local complications.
