This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

The aim of this review is to critically look at the benefits, efficacy and safety of various treatment options used in the treatment of RLS in people with CKD and those undergoing RRT. We will aim to define different group characteristics based on CKD stage to assess the applicability of a particular intervention to an individual patient.
