This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:
- To evaluate the effectiveness of and potential adverse events with the use of anticoagulation in the management of pulmonary hypertension (PH).
- To evaluate the effective therapeutic INR in pulmonary hypertensive patients receiving anticoagulants (North America 1.5 to 2.5, European centres 2.0 to 3.0).
