This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

  1. To assess the analgesic efficacy of levetiracetam for chronic neuropathic pain in adults.
  2. To assess the adverse events associated with the clinical use of levetiracetam for chronic neuropathic pain.
