AGU announces its Congressional Science Fellows for the 2013–2014 fellowship term: Aaron Goldner and Daniel Pomeroy. For the past 36 years, AGU has sponsored fellows to serve in Congress. This program provides scientists with an opportunity to work outside the academic setting and utilize their unique skills and scientific expertise to contribute to the policy-making process. In turn, fellows gain knowledge that benefits their career, whether that career includes returning to an academic setting or continuing in science policy.
