Abstract

An introduction to the principles and operating parameters of chromatography, including, gas chromatography (GC), liquid chromatography (LC), high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), thin-layer chromatography (TLC), ion chromatography (IC), ion-exchange chromatography (IEC), supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC), and capillary electrochromatography (CEC). Emphasis on detectors, many of which are spectroscopic, including especially mass spectroscopy, MS.
