Summary

The purpose of this study is to investigate in the micrometer scale the evolution of the lattice orientation and the local strain fields during plastic deformation by associating various techniques such as in-situ tensile tests, stereophotogrammetric deformation analysis and electron back scattering diffraction (EBSD).
