Summary

In this study we consider the nucleation and growth of noble metals (Cu, Ag, Au) onto fully cured polymer films with different composition. The effect of metal-polymer interaction as well as the deposition parameters and surface treatment on the nucleation process are analysed in order to understand how the morphology of the metal-polymer interface can be affected.
