Summary

In the present paper, we study the influence of the misfit on the interface roughness for two kinds of superlattices having a-axis and c-axis orientation: YBCO/STO superlattices, as well as short period of (STO/PBCGO)10 pseudomorphic superlattices and a (YBCO/PBCGO/ STO/PBCGO)10 growth sequence have been grown on STO (100) substrate using pulsed laser.
