Summary

Research made at the University of Craiova concerning the influence of some addition on the tungsten sintering spotlights the positive effect of these. The actual technology of pieces from WNiCu for electric contact achieves the density necessary for copper infiltration from paraffin dissolved in alcohol, the toxic operation during homogenization and then sintering.

For eliminating the operation of the paraffin infiltration it was tested like addition element copper 2%.
