Summary

The identification and evaluation of the occurring phases by means of atomic structure is the topic of the present work. There has been done a lot of work in the identification of layered structures on the atomic scale by HRTEM and EELS in the past years (3). This knowledge has been used in this work to identify layered boride structures and the occurring stacking faults in the investigated system.
