Summary

The objective of this work was to correlate the microstructure and the mechanical properties of extruded magnesium alloys. Some commercial alloys, based on AM-, AE- ZC-, ZM-, ZE-alloys were extruded under different consolidation parameters. The obtained microstructure and mechanical properties, influenced by extrusion ratio and extrusion temperature were investigated and discussed.
