X-Ray Structures of Nucleic Acids

This article first summarizes the procedures used in the X-ray crystallographic determination of nucleic acids. The methods used to analyze the results of these determinations are presented, followed by a survey of the highlights of the more than 500 structures determined by these methods since the 1970s.
