Summary
The Alumina-Mo system has been chosen as a convenient model sysyem. The conducting phase(Mo) was dispersed in Alumina in different amounts (5%,10%,20%,25% in volume). All specimens were fabricated by hot pressing. The total electrical conductivities have been measured using two-probe impedance spectroscpoy within the available frequency range(5Hz-13MHz). The interpretation of the Impedance Spectra of the system have been discussed together with the brief study of the microstructure.
