Summary

We report new results on nano-magnetic FeAl and FeAIN thin films via sputtering. Fabrication conditions will be given, along with the characterization results via SEM/EDS, XRD, TEM, XPS, AFM, VSM, SQUID, and other instrumentation. Materials and magnetic properties of these films will be compared with FeAlO films. One of the applications of such materials will be discussed.
