Summary

Tiles, tableware, and sanitary ceramics have changed crucially within the last years. The main changes took place in the areas of fast firing, shaping, and decorating. The goal of all these improvements was a streamlined transport route in the flow of production. In this respect, numerous technological advances are still to be expected.
