  1. Robert W. Hawkins has been chairman of the ceramic engineering department of Hocking Technical College since 1978. Prior to accepting that appointment, he had spent 30 yr in the ceramic in-dnstry. His bachelor's degree is from Alfred University and his master's from Ohio University.

  2. Tony A. Noltemeyer is a quality control engineer in GE's laundry department, an assignment he has odd since 1978. He is presently designing and implementing quality control plans and equipment for the metal fabrication, printing, switch trim, and enameling areas. He holds a bachelor's degree from Bellarmine College.

    Larry K. Pinaire has been quality assurance manager at Porcelais Metals since 1983. For four yr prior to joining that firm, he was a quality engineer at I.C.I. America. His bachelor's degree is from the University of Indiana.
