Summary

This paper describes the influence of using water as a calibrating liquid, with different characteristics from those recommended by the ISO 3696 standards in gravimetric calibration of glassware equipment, from 1 ml to 5,000 ml.

The influence of using different density tables/formulae, available in technical literature is also discussed.
