Summary

The chapter deals with photo-reaction over TiO2 single crystal and powder. It covers the photo-oxidation of ethanol and acetic acid as model oxygen containing compounds over rutile TiO2(011) and (110) single crystal surfaces. In addition, the photocatalytic production of hydrogen from ethanol over Au/TiO2 catalysts is presented and discussed.
