Abstract

The historical development of the legal issues concerning employment discrimination and harassment is traced. The psychological issues related to employment discrimination and harassment and the input from psychological research on those issues are addressed. Finally, the issues and tasks of forensic psychologists involved in employment and harassment litigation are reviewed.
