Summary

This chapter presents an approach for linking, transforming, and querying meta-object facility (MOF)-compliant modeling languages on the web of data. It proposes TwoUse as a framework for supporting interrelationships of modeling languages in distributed software modeling environments. The chapter then describes the running example used through the chapter and analyzes the requirements to be addressed. It then describes the application of the TwoUse approach. The chapter shows how to apply the TwoUse components to realize linked data capabilities to MOF languages. The approach consists of the following components: (1) model extension, (2) model transformation, (3) matching, and (4) querying.
