Summary

Taking the perspective that it is some kind of confluence of intelligence, keen curiosity, intense interest, creativity, and relentless persistence, we explore how genetic and environmental transaction processes that have been documented in embryology and developmental biology in other species might be relevant to creative genius. As background, we review the evidence for genetic involvement in the traits commonly considered part of the confluence.
