The management of women with chronic pelvic pain is generally considered challenging, and many women seek alternative therapies. This chapter reports on several complementary therapies that are promising in the management of chronic pelvic pain. Future research should focus on establishing the effectiveness of acupuncture, vitamins B1, B6, and E, and magnesium using well-designed studies.
