The Advanced Rheumatology Course, formerly known as the Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Postgraduate Rheumatology Training Program, is a comprehensive rheumatology training program for physicians, fellows-in-training, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinicians interested in rheumatology. If you are passionate about the ACR Research and Education Foundation's mission to advance research and training to improve the health of people with rheumatic disease, we want you to share your story.
As part of the Journey to Cure campaign, the REF is recruiting rheumatologists, investigators, and health professionals to join the From the Field Speakers Bureau. Our From the Field volunteers will gather in select cities to help share advances in research, treatment, and care with individuals and families impacted by rheumatoid arthritis.
As a From the Field member, you help:
Provide patients and patient families struggling with RA the opportunity to learn cutting edge information that might ultimately impact treatment and care
Communicate hope for progress
Directly impact the Journey to Cure campaign, leading to increased funding opportunities for future research
For more information and to join please contact Alexa Newlin at (404) 633-3777 or REF@rheumatology.org.
