Engineered and precisely arrayed nanoantennas manufactured by low-cost nanostencil lithography enable plasmonically enhanced vibrational biospectroscopy. These nanoantennas fabricated by reusable stencils lead to strong near-field enhancements over large areas. Antibody assays and detection of immunologically important small proteins with high absorption signals are demonstrated.
