ANA_22633_sm_SuppFig1.tif62KSupplementary Figure 1 Average ClinProt profile of cerebrospinal fluid eluted from C8 beads, in the mass range of 1000-14000m/z.
ANA_22633_sm_SuppFig2.tif86KSupplementary Figure 2 The loading plot indicates those key protein/peptide peaks that contribute the most towards separation, as determined by PCA analysis of CSF proteome profiles from RRMS and SP-NMOSD patients in relapse phase.
ANA_22633_sm_SuppFig3A.tif178KSupplementary Figure 3 Gender, age, EDSS and OCB did not contribute to dissection of the heterogenous sample population of RRMS from the first cohort (A) and the second cohort (B) in the PCA analysis.
ANA_22633_sm_SuppFig3B.tif163KSupplementary Figure 3 Gender, age, EDSS and OCB did not contribute to dissection of the heterogenous sample population of RRMS from the first cohort (A) and the second cohort (B) in the PCA analysis.
ANA_22633_sm_SuppFig4.tif86KSupplementary Figure 4 Heatmap chart of the SVM results for the second cohort. Cross-validation analysis provided an estimate of the success rate for the SVM model to separate user-defined groups of spectra. The distinct proteomic profiles of RRMS and SP-NMOSD were again confirmed both in relapse and remission phase. The x- and y-axes represent the samples, ordered by group as is the same rule with Figure 2. The accuracy is denoted by colour: red, 90-100%; pink, 80-89%; purple, 70-79%; blue, 69- % (see inset key). SN-NMOSD relapse and PPMS were not included in this chart because patient number from these two diseases were two, which is too small to calculate.
ANA_22633_sm_SuppFig5A.tif58KSupplementary Figure 5 The 2D peak distribution. It shows the distribution of two selected peaks, in this case, x= 8602, and y= 8567.in the spectrum of loaded model generation classes. (A) From the first cohort. Red and green dots represent RRMS relapse and SP-NMOSD relapse, respectively. Black dot shows SN-NMOSD at relapse phase. (B) From the second cohort. Red and green dots represent RRMS relapse and SP-NMOSD relapse, respectively. Black dot shows SN-NMOSD at relapse phase.
ANA_22633_sm_SuppFig5B.tif56KSupplementary Figure 5 The 2D peak distribution.
