Chiralitätskontrolle durch chirale Diamine: In Gegenwart des Diamins dm-dabn erfolgt Isomerisierung enantiomerenreiner Ru-triphos-Komplexe (siehe Schema). Hingegen lässt sich der dm-dabn-Ligand bei Raumtemperatur ohne Racemisierung gegen dpen austauschen. dm-dabn=3,3′-Dimethyl-2,2′-diamino-1,1′-binaphthyl, dpen=1,2-Diphenylethylendiamin.
