Die Lücke schließen: Eine neuartige Reaktionssequenz (1234) liefert in präparativ nützlichen Ausbeuten überbrückte, hoch funktionalisierte mittlere Ringe. Diese Ringe erinnern an die Molekülarchitekturen von Hyperforin und Perforatumon.
