Auf der Spur der Spezifität: Das Erkennen der Substratspezifität einer Proteinkinase ist entscheidend, um ihr ihre Rolle in der zellulären Signalübertragung zuzuweisen. Ein Hochdurchsatzverfahren identifizierte die Substratspezifität von Tyrosin-Kinase mithilfe einer Leiterpeptid-Bibliothek (mit einer Verbindung pro Kügelchen) und MALDI-TOF-Massenspektrometrie.
