In Wasser hergestellte Bicyclen: Die AuI-katalysierte Tandemcyclisierung von 1-Amino-4-alkinen mit Alkinen in Wasser führt auf einfache und effiziente Weise und mit guten bis ausgezeichneten Ausbeuten sowie exzellenten Regio- und Chemoselektivitäten zu vielfältig substituierten Pyrrolo[1,2-a]chinolinen (siehe Schema).
