Gute Ausgangsposition: Optisch reine γ-Lactame sind durch eine organokatalytische enantioselektive vinylische Substitution zugänglich. In der Peripherie der ursprünglichen Lactamstruktur können systematisch Funktionalitäten eingeführt werden, um neue Derivate dieser wichtigen Stoffklasse zu erhalten. Bn=Benzyl, PG=Schutzgruppe.
