Ligandensortierung: Eine Kombination aus G-Quadruplex-Erkennung (siehe Bild), 1H-NMR-Spektroskopie, diffusionsgeordneter Spektroskopie (DOSY) und 2D-NMR-Techniken ermöglicht das schnelle Screening von G-Quadruplex-Liganden in Pflanzenextrakten. Die Nachweisgrenze dieser Methode ist niedrig, und sie ermöglicht die Identifizierung der Ligandenstrukturen.
