Vermeiden, Verwerten, Entsorgen: Ein neues Syntheseverfahren erzeugt geordnete mesoporöse Materialien in Wasser bei Raumtemperatur und vermeidet so die Verwendung organischer Lösungsmittel und großer Energiemengen. Die Methode beruht auf der reversiblen Bildung von Micellen aus wasserlöslichen Blockcopolymeren als strukturgebende Agentien (siehe Bild). Nach der Abtrennung des mesoporösen Materials kann die Reaktionslösung erneut verwendet werden.
